Many people have a camper or a vehicle that is used at the weekend, yet the road licence costs the same as for those cars that are used on a daily basis. A road licence is paid to compensate for the damage done through emissions, wear and tear of roads et cetera. I suggest that the road licence for cars that are not used frequently is decreased. This could serve as an incentive that could decrease traffic on our roads and could easily be implemented by monitoring the mileage when doing the VRT
Campers are not really a good idea for Malta.
