Employees (and also individuals) opting to use a minibus are to "punch in and out" via RF ID each time they use the minibus. Tax credit should be given depending on the accumulated mileage. An intelligent IT system should be set up to prevent/minimise abuse. The minibus company should be paid according to the accumulated collective mileage. This will incentivise good service. Ing.
