Preserve the natural state of Comino with its nature, flora and fauna and maybe make it into a nature park to study the birds/plants endemic to our islands and prevent dying out of threatened species. Clean up all the abandoned rubbish and preserve/make use/cordon off the abandoned buildings rather than allow them to fall into major disrepair. Increase the police or warden presence in summer to impose fines on people causing damage to the land/sea especially if they leave behind their waste.
